The described files policy refers to all websites and applications belonging to LemonHR company.
What are cookies ?
Cookies – small text information sent by the web server and saved by users (usually on a hard drive). The default parameters of cookies allow only the server that created them to read the info they contain. Cookies are most often used in counters, surveys, online shops, websites that require logging in, ads and users’ activities monitoring.
Cookies are used to:
- enable the use of the “Announcement for shareholders” tab;
- obtain anonymous data on how users use the website;
- make navigating and using the website easier;
- ensure safety standards.
Cookies are used as “persistent” and “session” files. “Persistent” files remain in the web browser until they are deleted by the user or until a predetermined time, specified in the cookies fileparameters. “Session” files remain in the web browser until turning it off or logging out of the site which they were placed on.
Managing cookies files:
All modern browsers make it possible to enable or disable the cookies mechanism (it is usually enabled by default).
If users do not want to receive cookies, they can change the settings of their web browser.
